World Tea Festival 2022 Program

① World Green Tea Contest 2022 winning works exhibition(World Green Tea Association Public Interest Incorporated Foundation ）
We will be exhibiting the winning works of the World Green Tea Contest 17, which was held at the Fujinokuni Tea Miyako Museum (Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture) on August 18th and 2022th this year.

Exhibition period: 20th (Thursday) - 23rd (Sunday) All day
Exhibition location: 1st floor middle hall entrance

Award-winning tea: “What kind of horse mackerel?” tea bag
Exhibited tea: Kizugawa City Agriculture Council (Kyoto Prefecture)

② Mizuma-sama model display(Shizuoka City)
We will be exhibiting a model of a waterwheel in the "Mizuma-sama" flour milling style that was brought back to Japan from China by the founder of Shizuoka tea, "Shoichi Kokushi."

③ Calligraphy works exhibition
At the opening ceremony on the 20th (Thursday), calligrapher Shoko Kanazawa will perform her calligraphy. The works will be exhibited and made public. I'm looking forward to seeing what characters will be written until the day of the event.
