April 15th (Monday) Public notice

April 22nd (Monday) Preliminary briefing session

May 7th (Tuesday) Deadline for submission of declaration of participation

May 13th (Monday) Deadline for project proposal submission

May 20th (Monday) Planning proposal discussion

May 24th (Friday) Communication of selection results　

(2) Application requirements/qualifications

・The applicant must have comprehensive planning and implementation skills, as well as information and a wealth of knowledge in a wide range of fields.

・The person must have a sufficient business implementation system and be able to conduct prompt and specific meetings and liaison and coordination.

・A person must be eligible to participate in competitive bidding for both advertising agency work and event work under Shizuoka Prefecture's competitive bidding qualifications for general business outsourcing, and meet the criteria ① and ② below.

　① The item “Inside/outside prefecture classification” must be “Inside” or “Semi-inside”.

　② The item “Delivery request” must be “All prefectures”.
