　The spring festival will feature a "New Tea Fair" where people can enjoy tea experience facilities and events, shops selling Shizuoka tea, Japanese tea cafes, restaurants, and more, creating opportunities to experience the various charms of tea all over Japan.

　We are looking for facilities and stores to participate in this fair. We look forward to your entries.

Tea-related facilities, stores selling tea and tea-related products, stores and accommodations that offer menus incorporating tea, facilities that hold tea-related events, etc.

*You will be registered as a participant in a stamp rally to encourage people to visit partner stores (collect stamps by scanning the QR code on your smartphone to enter a prize draw).

Please be sure to prepare a plan that involves tea during the event period.

Examples include selling limited products and offering limited services.

• Holding new tea fairs at tea stores etc.
• Offering special menus incorporating tea at restaurants etc. (liquor, dishes, tea ice, sweets, etc. that contain tea)
• Providing special services at hotels, inns, etc. (providing food and drinks made with tea to guests, etc.)

*If your content is deemed to not meet the conditions, you may not be allowed to participate.

The participation fee is 2,000 yen (tax included) per facility.

If you are applying for multiple facilities, each additional facility will cost 1,000 yen (tax included).

After you have applied, the World O-Cha Festival Secretariat will contact you to confirm your application.

Please pay the entry fee as soon as you receive the notification that your entry has been accepted.
