Take a deep breath, relax your mind, and reflect on yourself—there are times when you suddenly feel like stopping in the midst of your busy daily routine. It is at times like these that tea time gently accompanies you. Why not incorporate some time into your daily routine to soothe your mind and body with tea?

Come experience a new form of "tea and wellness" through six seminars and workshops led by six instructors.

What you can experience in this tour

Six workshops will be held at the venue

① Zen meditation experience and matcha tea time to calm your mind

A gentle zazen experience led by the temple's deputy chief priest. Advice on posture and breathing techniques is provided, so even first-timers can feel at ease. A matcha drink, which has a deep historical connection to Zen, is included, making this an opportunity to incorporate zazen and matcha into your daily life.

②Seasonal care and tea time

This health seminar teaches you how to choose and enjoy seasonal teas and tea snacks. Through tasting and sampling, you can experience "seasonal health" that can be easily incorporated into your busy daily life.

3. Japanese tea mindfulness experience to balance thoughts, emotions, and the five senses

Practice "mindfulness" using Japanese tea and consciously savor the experience of drinking. Learn how to turn your everyday tea time into a time of "awareness" and "growth."

4. Breathing and Tea: Restoring the Five Senses and Natural Healing Powers

A breathing workshop taught by a chiropractor and tea therapist. By regaining deep breathing, harmonizing the mind and body, and sharpening the five senses, you will experience the true flavor and natural healing power of tea.

⑤ A roasted green tea wellness experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced with its aroma

This seminar, presented by a specialty store for hand-roasted roasted green tea, focuses on the soothing effects of aroma. We will introduce the best roasted green tea for each occasion, morning, afternoon, and evening, and you can experience a moment of relaxation as you savor a cup of tea brewed using all five senses.

⑥ "Make your own original blended tea and enjoy the aroma"

This workshop allows you to freely combine Japanese tea with herbs and flowers to create your own blended tea. Experience the effects of the aroma of the ingredients on your mind and body, and take your finished tea home to enjoy.
